The Mar-Vista Triplex is Located in the Mar-Vista Neighborhood of Los Angeles. The design is attempting to create two additional housing units on the property of one of the existing homes. With the design, there is an attempt to maintain individual unit privacy by using solid walls that are perpendicular to each other in each of the additions and raising the private spaces of one of the units to a second story.
