72114 Riverfront Dr. is a hypothetical design on the Arkansas River in North Little Rock Arkansas. The design contends with moving the existing levee wall from the north edge of the site, south to the river's edge, allowing for an urban street edge while maintaining framed views of the Little Rock edge of the river.
The Program of the design is a sports complex and public pavilion. There is an indoor basketball court, alongside a gym and yoga studios. The reception is matched with a cafe area. There is an exterior soccer field, dog park, and skate park.
