This site is situated in the heart of downtown Los Angeles on a corner of two busy streets, with a public plaza on the northwestern edge, and an integrated subway entrance on the northeast edge. The office extends near the sidewalk edge creating an arcade that extends the language from the building to the south, and wraps the building to the north creating cover for the subway entry.
